Website design & development
Structure, design, responsive build and the back end that runs it — from wireframe to launch, with the handover documented.
IT services and specialist network · Toronto
Creative Young Solutions helps small and mid-sized organisations get technology work done without building a tech department first. We start by pinning down what you actually need, then deliver it through our own IT services or by adding independent specialists to the project — websites, custom software, digital marketing and an honest outside view of your systems.

What we do
Most small organisations don't need five suppliers. They need one plan in which the website, the software behind it, the marketing that sends people to it and the systems it runs on were designed to meet.
Structure, design, responsive build and the back end that runs it — from wireframe to launch, with the handover documented.
Tools built around a workflow you already have: requirement analysis first, then design, build, testing, deployment and upkeep.
An assessment of your current systems, security, cloud setup and software choices, turned into a plan you can act on.
Search, paid search, social, content and email, planned around one website and one set of goals rather than run as separate campaigns.
Brand identity, interface design and marketing graphics produced as part of the project they serve, not as stand-alone artwork.
Independent developers, designers and IT specialists added to a project for as long as it needs them, working in shared tools.
Who we are
Creative Young Solutions started with a different way of thinking — a fresh approach to innovation and connection. The aim is to make a meaningful impact with services that put people first: the organisations that need technology work done, and the independent professionals who do it.
We work with clients across Canada and the U.S. on two fronts. Our IT services cover web and software development, digital marketing, design and consultancy. Our freelancer network connects talented independent specialists with projects in IT, design and development, so a project can draw on the exact skills it needs.
More about us
Industries we serve
Each sector brings its own rules about data, payments, accessibility or scale. These are the six we build for.
Educational software and the IT support around it — tools for schools, trainers and learning programmes.
Single-store and multivendor shops, point-of-sale software and the online support that keeps them running.
Websites, software and IT solutions for health organisations, where privacy is part of the specification.
Technical assistance, infrastructure management and customer-service tooling for financial technology companies.
Search and content development customised to the business, for agencies and in-house marketing teams.
Websites, software and mobile apps for organisations whose needs don't fit a category — which is most of them.
How it works
Knowing which phase you're in makes it clear what you're deciding now and what comes next.
A conversation about the problem rather than the solution: what isn't working, what has been tried and what success would look like.
The need is written down as a brief — what will be built, the order of the work and the skills it calls for — so both sides agree on it.
The work is carried out in shared tools for tasks, files and progress, with specialists from the network added where the brief needs them.
The finished work is deployed, and maintenance and updates are arranged so it keeps doing its job afterwards.
Before you commit
Ask who owns the plan and answers for it. Here, the brief names who is doing which part, including any specialist from the network.
A written brief listing what will be delivered, and what won't, is the only fair basis for a price. Ours is the second phase, before any building starts.
If specialists are brought in, you should know who and for which part. That is the whole point of how our network is set up.
Ask what you'll be given access to. Our projects run in shared tools for tasks, files and progress, and you're in them.
Deployment isn't the end of the work. Maintenance and updates are a stage of the software lifecycle we follow, not an afterthought.
Sometimes configuring an existing tool beats building one. Requirement analysis is where that gets decided — before anyone writes code.
Questions
Yes. We're based in Toronto and work with clients across Canada and the U.S.
It depends on what the project brief ends up containing, so there is no fixed price list. The starting point is a free consultation, where we look at what you need before anything is scoped or priced.
Yes. Assessing current IT systems is the first step of our IT consultancy work, and the same review applies to an existing website or application before any decision about keeping, fixing or replacing it.
It lets a project draw on independent developers, designers and IT specialists for exactly the part of the work that needs them, coordinated through shared tools for communication, tasks, files and progress.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time. We're closed at weekends and on public holidays.
Book a free consultation and tell us what you're trying to fix or build. Share your ideas, your constraints and what success would look like — that's where every project starts.
